What is iWedding Business Advertising?

We have included a section in iWedding Deluxe called 'Inspiration' that allows users to browse a database of wedding products - The categories currently listed are:

  • Dresses
  • Cakes
  • All other Services

How can I add my products to iWedding Deluxe?

Just create an account here - Create Account - you will need to activate your account from the automated email which we send you. Once activated, your account needs to be validated to ensure your website and its contents are applicable to iWedding Deluxe- We will validate your account as soon as possible. Once validation is complete we will send you another email to advise you of your validation status. You will then be able to Log in and choose - Add Product. A dummy product is created. You then change its name, cost and upload an image.

How do I know if someone clicks on my Product in iWedding Deluxe?

When someone clicks the link that is available in iWedding Deluxe - a web browser opens with your website address. In your server web statistics a visit from an iWedding Deluxe App will appear as a Referrer from "http://www.iweddingapp.com/businesses/apprequest.html" or "http://www.iweddingdeluxe.com/apprequest.html".

What Company details do we need?

Once you are logged in, you will find a Company Details link - Here you can alter:

  • the Name of your business which will be placed on the Button in iWedding Deluxe which goes to your website.
  • The website address must be in the format of a full URL - i.e with the http:// before the rest. E.g. http://www.iweddingdeluxe.com - If you do not format the link in this way the button in iPhone will not work!!
  • The Country and Area that your company is primarily based. This enables users of iWedding Deluxe to filter results to their local area if they wish.

My business has offices in several countries with different websites for each country?

We will have no problem with a multi-national business opening a seperate account for each country. But you will need to use a different username and email address to create each account.

What do the products appear like in iWedding Deluxe?

You are able to add information for each product - Name and approximate cost. Your Company Name will be added to the large white button near the bottom of the screen - this button, when pressed, will take the user directly to your website. Businesses also need to specify their country and if possible area/ state / county - this allows users to filter their results closer to home.

How many products can we add?

We have currently limited all accounts to 10 products. This may change in the future.

How do my products get selected for each user?

At random. iWedding Deluxe can display up to 20 products at a time.

How much does it cost to advertise products in iWedding Deluxe?

This service is FREE as it enhances iWedding Deluxe for our users by providing lots of Inspiration and Ideas.

What size and quality do my images need to be?

To allow perfect integration with all iPhone and iPod Touch, please ensure that all images are 320 x 360, or 640 x 720 of .jpg or .jpeg format and less than 160Kb in size. Please also take into account the location of the top semitransparent bar and the white button when formatting your image / advertisement. You are able to view an approximate illustration of how your product will appear on the device after you upload an image.

Which Countries / Areas can iWedding Deluxe Users Filter by?

Why has my account not been activated and validated?

The most likely reason for your account not being validated is that your website is based on Adobe 'Flash'. The iPhone and iPod Touch are not able to display these 'Flash' sites and thus are not a good user experience. If you can supply a valid normal webpage then we will be able to validate your site.
